Andy Boodoo
As a co-owner of Inspiring Changes, Andy is deeply immersed in community work, serving as a dedicated advocate for gender-based violence prevention, community programs, and diversity initiatives. With a background in Child and Youth Work and nearing completion of his BSW at Western University, Andy is actively engaged in empowering individuals, particularly men who have used abuse in their relationships, to embark on a journey of personal growth and healthy masculinity. Drawing from his rich community experiences, Andy prioritizes continuous training and policy development to drive meaningful change. In his leisure moments, Andy finds solace in home projects and enriching travel experiences with his partner, reflecting his commitment to both personal fulfillment and professional excellence.
Joanna Piatkowski (she/her)
As co-owner of Inspiring Changes, Joanna infuses her work with passion and expertise. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed spaces, she offers a unique perspective. Joanna is a dedicated advocate for gender-based violence and diversity, comprehending the complexities organizations encounter in supporting staff through challenging times. As a registered social service worker, and holding an undergraduate in communications with a master's in education, her commitment to training and policy development is the cornerstone of her work. In her spare time, you can find her on the local trails or at the park with her son.
